Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of patients, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy while adapting approaches based on patient feedback and progress.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to help build community and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective responses to urgent patient needs.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health management, treatment options, and local resources that may be beneficial.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment regimens, complying with all ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
