Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify treatment needs.

• Collaborate with patients to devise individualized treatment plans that encompass their specific goals, preferences, and cultural contexts.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) during individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring timely access to care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with valuable knowledge and coping strategies to manage mental health conditions.

• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate holistic treatment for patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
