Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, this role allows for flexibility in your work schedule, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some degree of scheduling flexibility may be needed based on patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and formulate tailored treatment strategies.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to deliver impactful interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that promote mental health education and foster a sense of community among participants.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services to address mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and stabilization.
\n
• Educate patients about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Stay current with best practices and emerging research in the field of mental health to continually improve therapeutic offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Our patients often face challenges related to mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use issues. Your work will directly impact their lives, helping them manage symptoms, build resilience, and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Robust knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Experience delivering therapy to diverse populations, both individually and in group settings.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients.

• Commitment to ethical practice and professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.

• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
