Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapeutic services via telehealth to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on various issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine clients' strengths, weaknesses, and specific treatment goals, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.

• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure to practice independently in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, evaluate, and implement effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
