Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs, utilizing evidence-based tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, thereby leading clients through personalized therapeutic journeys.

• Administer individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing a wide array of mental health and behavioral challenges.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in strict adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

• Facilitate care coordination efforts by connecting clients with essential resources, referrals, and ongoing support to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health challenges. Understanding the social determinants of health and their influence on mental well-being will be crucial as you tailor treatment interventions. Your ability to create a safe and supportive environment will be key to fostering trust and engagement among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating expertise in working with adult populations.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current state license in Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
