Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. You will work within a collaborative team structure, engaging regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, with regular business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing a variety of tools to gather relevant information about clients’ emotional and psychological health.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based and solution-focused interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Implement therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective approaches to promote client recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring clients' privacy is protected at all times.

• Engage in regular case consultations and collaborative meetings with fellow mental health professionals to refine treatment strategies and enhance care delivery.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available for sustained support.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health to continuously improve your practice and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a wide range of individuals from various backgrounds, each facing distinct mental health challenges. As a therapist, your role will involve providing culturally competent care to patients struggling with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
