This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing our therapists to engage with clients in an outpatient office environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and gather comprehensive client histories to inform personalized treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients’ mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client privacy and safety.

• Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service delivery and care quality.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, facilitating understanding of mental health conditions, therapy processes, and community resources available for support.

• Stay informed on the latest research and therapeutic advancements in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. You will play a critical role in supporting clients from varied backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with the ability to customize treatment strategies for diverse client needs.
