Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health conditions using standardized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders , tailoring individualized care plans that encompass the diverse cultural backgrounds and unique needs of your patients.

• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress routinely, implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at achieving diagnosed mental health outcomes.

• Prepare, maintain, and document all necessary treatment records, progress notes, and clinical information accurately and within specified time frames, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to craft comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring all parties agree on the course of care to facilitate effective healing processes.

• Provide education and mentorship for students, interns, and new team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
