Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to gather comprehensive psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments for patients entering the detox program.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring that their unique cultural backgrounds and specific needs are central to the therapeutic process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various formats including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, partnering with other healthcare professionals to maintain a continuum of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to empower patients and their families with the knowledge and skills required to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Engage in regular collaborations with a multidisciplinary team to guarantee cohesive and comprehensive care for patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
