Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual and in-person assessments of clients, identifying their needs and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address a spectrum of mental health challenges, including substance abuse, anxiety disorders, and trauma recovery.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, tracking client progress and treatment outcomes to share with interdisciplinary teams.

• Foster collaborative care by effectively communicating with healthcare professionals and community resources, ensuring clients have access to holistic support systems.

• Advocate for client rights, helping them navigate resources and services within the community, both virtually and during in-person visits.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this LCSW position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
