Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services to clients experiencing major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders both in individual and group settings.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and develop integrated treatment plans, ensuring all client needs are met through collaborative efforts.

• Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of clients' progress, facilitating timely interventions to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention and support services, demonstrating quick and responsive decision-making skills as required by client situations.

• Ensure a safe therapeutic environment by identifying potential hazards and implementing appropriate safety measures for both clients and staff.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and necessary administrative paperwork.

Compensation and Benefits\n
