Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of clients entering the detox program, identifying their emotional and social needs.

• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families to foster recovery and promote overall wellness.

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to clients, guiding them through the challenges of detoxification and recovery.
\n
• Advocate fiercely for clients' rights, ensuring they have access to the necessary support services and community resources throughout their recovery process.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams, participating in regular case reviews to discuss client progress and necessary adjustments to care plans.
\n
• Monitor clients’ well-being through regular check-ins and assessments, utilizing both in-person visits (when necessary) and telehealth consultations.

• Educate clients and families about substance use disorders, recovery options, and available community support resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Stay current with best practices and developments in social work and substance use treatment, integrating new knowledge into client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders, which may include alcohol, opioids, and other drugs. Your focus will extend to their families, helping them understand the recovery process and providing guidance on how they can support their loved ones during this crucial time.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a social work role, preferably within a treatment setting focused on substance use or mental health.

• Strong knowledge of therapy modalities, crisis intervention, and community resources related to addiction recovery.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
