Work Environment\n

This is a full-time position with the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to engage with clients and their families from a comfortable setting. Although primarily a remote role, you may occasionally visit clients in person to conduct assessments or facilitate support sessions. Your work schedule will primarily align with weekday hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the occasional need for evening or weekend availability to meet client-driven demands and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the needs and challenges faced by clients undergoing detoxification.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and preferences, ensuring alignment with recovery objectives.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support clients in their recovery journey, addressing emotional, mental, and social factors that influence their well-being.

• Collaborate closely with clients, families, and a diverse interdisciplinary team—including counselors, nurses, and mental health professionals—to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

• Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring they have access to essential resources, community services, and social support networks.

• Monitor clients’ progress and adapt care plans as necessary, ensuring continuous evaluation and adjustment to support their recovery.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, care plans, and progress notes using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Facilitate family meetings to educate members on the recovery process, manage expectations, and foster a supportive environment for clients.

• Stay informed of current issues and best practices in social work and substance use treatment to ensure compliance with ethical standards and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders in a detoxification setting. Your commitment to providing empathetic and tailored support will facilitate a smoother recovery process for clients, many of whom may also be transitioning from homelessness, trauma, or other challenging life circumstances. Collaboration with families and community resources will be a critical component of your role, ensuring comprehensive support is provided to each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
