Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, establishing appropriate treatment plans collaboratively.

  Develop and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with department policies and relevant regulations.

  Engage with families and support systems to facilitate understanding of the client's treatment and discharge planning, adapting approaches based on feedback and insights.

  Coordinate treatment modalities with other health care team members, including establishing discharge plans informed by psychosocial assessments and best social work interventions.

  Elicit client feedback following trials of treatment interventions to refine therapeutic approaches and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

  An active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent in the mental health field.

  Minimum of three years of professional experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
