This role is primarily remote, which allows for flexibility in your work schedule. However, there will be opportunities to conduct in-person sessions as necessary in our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing tailored treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to identify areas for intervention and improvement.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a cohesive treatment strategy for each client.

• Maintain effective communication with clients’ families, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to enhance the support network around each client and align therapeutic goals.

• Assist clients in establishing and achieving clear, actionable treatment goals, while tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Provide case management and facilitate timely referrals to additional resources, ensuring a comprehensive care plan.
\n
• Document client progress accurately and promptly, using electronic health record systems to maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation as part of maintaining clinical excellence.
\n
• Stay updated with the latest research and methodologies in mental health therapy to ensure best practices are employed in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients with mental health issues and co-occurring disorders, which may include anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families, employing culturally competent and empathetic approaches to treatment that respect each individual’s unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with clients from all walks of life.

• Ability to work independently while also being an active and collaborative member of our therapeutic team.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and a client-centered approach in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
