Blaze Health is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient psychiatric practice in San Jose, California. This role is set within the framework of a community health clinic that specializes in outpatient psychiatry. Operating in a remote setting, we offer the flexibility to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Our standard work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though some flexibility in hours may be required to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that respect cultural contexts to gain insights into each patient’s background and needs, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, aimed at addressing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care and enhance overall treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
