Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand each patient's unique trauma history and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), that align with the specific needs of your clients.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, fostering environments where patients can explore their trauma, build coping strategies, and promote emotional healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and ensure continuity of support for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring safety, support, and proactive solutions.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources, empowering them in their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including survivors of abuse, neglect, and other adverse experiences. The goal is to help these clients confront their past, work through challenging emotions, and ultimately foster resilience. Our clinical approach is holistic and responsive to the varied needs of clients recovering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, all within a supportive therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to practice in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
