Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for a passionate and skilled licensed mental health therapist to join our dedicated team at our remote community health clinic based in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. This position allows for flexibility as our work setting is entirely remote. You will become part of a collaborative and cohesive team that values mental health as much as the physical health. Our therapists work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. • Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments that delve into patients' histories and guide the development of effective treatment strategies.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and the unique goals of each patient.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate transformative healing processes.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that enable patients to process their trauma, develop healthy coping strategies, and embark on their healing journey.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed approaches.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices regarding trauma therapy to enhance the quality of care provided.

This role primarily serves individuals affected by trauma, including adults and adolescents suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. A strong focus on creating a safe, trusting relationship with patients is essential for effective therapeutic progress. As therapists, we understand the sensitivity required when guiding patients through their recovery journeys.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LPC/MHSP, LP, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed care approaches, and innovative resilience-building interventions.
\n
• Proven experience delivering trauma-focused therapeutic methodologies.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental demeanor.
\n
• Capacity to stay composed and effective in high-stress situations.
\n
• Competency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technologies.
\n
• A demonstrated ability to function effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

While two years of post-licensure experience is required, candidates with experience in working with trauma and providing therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse populations will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with community support networks and resources in Tennessee will also enrich your contribution to our clinic.

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
