Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible work setting from the comfort of your own home, enabling you to deliver therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform. You will receive comprehensive support from our administrative team, who will manage scheduling, billing, and all essential paperwork, resulting in a stress-free work experience. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing a structured routine that maintains work-life balance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life stressors. Our pre-screening process ensures that you are engaging with clients who are stable and ready to embark on their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in a mental health-related discipline.

• Current licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in therapeutic settings, handling diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually , commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan.
