Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather insights into patients' trauma histories and establish personalized treatment approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enabling patients to process trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and foster personal growth.

• Collaborate rigorously with other health professionals to ensure an integrated, holistic approach to our patients' care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.

Qualifications\n
