Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with patients. Our clinic provides a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere, where clinicians collaborate virtually to share insights, resources, and best practices. You’ll engage with a kind and open-minded team, ensuring a fulfilling work-life balance in a flexible schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some adjusted hours to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with cultural sensitivity to develop tailored treatment plans that address the diverse needs of patients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy, considering each client’s unique cultural context.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at supporting mental health recovery and improving coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support to clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support during emergencies and developing safety plans when necessary.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available resources within the community.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical best practices.

• Participate in ongoing case discussions, team meetings, and training focused on cultural competence and effective therapeutic techniques.

• Stay updated on current research and evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within Arizona.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and cultural competency.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy with a focus on culturally responsive practices.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and expertise in managing challenging behavioral situations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport with a diverse patient base.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
