Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, results-driven therapy tailored to the needs of a varied clientele, demonstrating a genuine commitment to client progress and empowerment.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.

• Complete ongoing clinical documentation, including treatment plan reviews and progress notes, in accordance with organizational policies and standards.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and, depending on expertise, lead family, marriage, or group therapy sessions to address complex behavioral health issues.

• Perform mental health screenings and assessments to accurately identify clients' therapeutic needs and monitor their progress.

• Collaboratively engage with colleagues to ensure a holistic and client-centered approach to care, enriching our team's collective expertise and impact.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, families, and couples. Our aim is to create a supportive atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and healing, specifically targeting individuals dealing with mental health disorders, behavioral challenges, and co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, holding a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong knowledge of current evidence-based practices, techniques, and trends in mental health counseling, with a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience working with clients experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges, including proficiency in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Experience in treating co-occurring disorders and using multidisciplinary approaches to deliver comprehensive care is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
