Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine mental health needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Document findings and assessments meticulously while collaborating with your peers to create and adjust interdisciplinary care plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Utilize your expertise to implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their goals.

• Manage casework for assigned patients by consulting with community professionals, programs, and resources to deliver holistic care tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Ensure ethical and timely completion of all clinical documentation as required, contributing to a well-organized, efficient care environment.

• Participate in regular team meetings, patient rounds, and collaborative discussions to enhance treatment strategies and support your colleagues.

Qualifications\n
