Our operations run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Family Matters Health Care Clinic, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments, exploring patients' backgrounds and trauma histories to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and empowering patients towards their therapeutic goals.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, creating a healing space for clients to process their trauma and cultivate coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals to coordinate care pathways that address the full spectrum of patient needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.

• Guide clients and their families in understanding trauma responses, available resources, and healthy coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient records.

Qualifications\n

Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
