Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations through structured interviews and standardized tools to identify the mental health needs of clients effectively.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals, utilizing therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate empathetic therapy sessions, whether one-on-one or in group settings, to address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles.

• Coordinate closely with case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care, advocating for clients' needs across multiple service avenues.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring their safety and well-being during vulnerable moments.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Applicants must hold a master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
