Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic services via secure virtual platforms, adjusting methods and approaches dynamically based on the unique needs of each client.

• Develop therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and provide ongoing support, monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.

• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques, ensuring alignment with client preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment sessions, client interactions, and progress notes, while complying with confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctorate degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and workload.
