Allure Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and culturally competent Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to join our dynamic team. In this remote position, you will provide telehealth therapy services to a diverse clientele in Denton, Texas, focusing on delivering inclusive mental health care that emphasizes the unique backgrounds and experiences of each patient.

Work Environment\n

This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. You will conduct telehealth sessions, leveraging technology to reach patients who may have barriers to in-person therapy. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though some flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting approaches based on an understanding of cultural influences and personal circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address a range of mental health issues and promote overall well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, remaining a calm and supportive presence for clients.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage actively in case conferences and training sessions to enhance cultural competency and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients from multicultural backgrounds, which includes, but is not limited to, individuals from various ethnic communities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those navigating immigrant experiences. Understanding the complexities of these identities will be vital in providing effective therapy and supporting clients as they work through their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.
\n
• Experience in delivering therapy using culturally responsive approaches and adaptable methodologies.
\n
• Demonstrated crisis intervention abilities and capacity to maintain professionalism under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with diverse individuals.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.
\n
• A commitment to ethical practice, maintaining confidentiality, and establishing professional boundaries.

• A collaborative mindset, willing to work alongside a diverse team of mental health professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
