Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, focusing on the severity and persistence of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their specific challenges and aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients' progress toward their mental health goals.

• Provide educational resources and support for clients and their families, fostering an understanding of mood disorders and empowering them with self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress continuously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as new challenges arise or progress is made.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is primarily on helping adults experiencing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and other related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to coordinate care with psychiatrists and medical staff.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive therapeutic outcomes with clients facing mood disorders.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
