Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed client assessments to gather comprehensive histories and identify mental health needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's goals, focusing on their paths to recovery and growth.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities suited to each client’s circumstances, such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals while continually monitoring client progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to the treatment plan.

• Provide teletherapy options that are accessible and convenient for clients, ensuring they receive support when they need it most.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical encounters in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping current with advancements in mental health practices and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and experience a range of mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will help guide these clients toward achieving greater emotional stability, resilience, and the tools to thrive in their everyday lives.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients.

• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor with a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational capabilities with effective time management skills to balance caseload efficiently.
