Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and impacts on daily life.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that consider their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that clients receive tailored support.

• Empower clients and their families with education about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans and strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Document and maintain accurate records of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Bright Tomorrow, you will primarily support clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression and bipolar disorder. Our diverse patient population often includes individuals from various cultural backgrounds, requiring sensitivity and understanding in your approach to therapy. Your role will involve forming strong therapeutic alliances with clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by attractive benefits.
