Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that delineate goals and projected outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in your practice to address diverse mental health concerns.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on real-time feedback and clinical progress.

• Actively collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and healthcare providers to facilitate holistic and coordinated care for all clients.

• Respond to crisis situations by employing de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies to stabilize clients experiencing acute distress.

Qualifications\n
