Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, determining clinical diagnoses and crafting personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or other relevant modalities.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive appropriate care promptly.

• Maintain precise records of client interactions, treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for every client.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment approaches, and available community resources, advocating for their needs when needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and skill level.
