Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique challenges, stressors, and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients develop coping strategies and reduce anxiety.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to foster emotional balance and increase self-awareness.

• Facilitate group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, resilience building, and effective stress management techniques.
\n
• Integrate mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns and support client growth.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions utilized, and treatment plans for ongoing evaluation and adjustment.

• Engage in personal mindfulness practices and ongoing professional development to deepen your expertise in MBSR and other therapeutic methodologies.

You will work with a diverse population, including those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Strong communication and active listening skills to develop a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for effective remote therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• While extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred, candidates with a foundational understanding of mindfulness practices and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n
