Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, utilizing structured interviews and evidence-based tools to facilitate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are aligned with clients' unique goals while employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Provide one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic approach based on client feedback and progress.

• Offer crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care and intervention strategies.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and resources available within the community, advocating for clients’ rights and needs as necessary.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer supervision, ensuring that your practice remains at the forefront of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health therapist at Hopedale Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
