The Vitas Wellness Center offers a hybrid remote work structure that allows therapists the flexibility to work from home while offering outpatient services. Though much of the therapeutic work can be conducted virtually, sessions may also occur in a supportive, outpatient office environment when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and assessments to create tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, adjusting methods as necessary to align with client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate actively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, systematically monitor progress, and modify treatment strategies to ensure effectiveness.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who benefit from virtual care, making therapy accessible to all individuals, regardless of their circumstances.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation as mandated by industry standards to uphold ethical practices and ensure client confidentiality.

• Dedicate time to continuous professional development, attending training sessions, workshops, and obtaining relevant certifications to stay current with emerging practices in mental health therapy.

Your work will primarily revolve around serving a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
