Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a current and valid state license in Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with clients.

• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of balancing a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
