Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments that take into account the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address specific needs, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or trauma-informed care.

• Regularly monitor client progress towards their therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the most effective outcomes.

• Provide engaging and supportive individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a non-judgmental environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• Completion of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a commitment to providing client-centered care.
