This role offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining key responsibilities aligned with our outpatient services. Our office follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some necessary flexibility according to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients’ unique situations and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Utilize empirically-supported therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to engage and treat individuals, couples, and families.

• Design and lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support for clients in mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and appropriate care.

• Educate clients regarding mental health disorders, potential treatment options, coping strategies, and local resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, complying with all legal and ethical documentation standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
