Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), specifically designed for clients seeking stress reduction, relaxation, and enhanced mental health.

• Conduct initial assessments to identify individual client stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing treatment plans incorporating mindfulness techniques.

• Lead clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques to cultivate self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate group workshops on topics such as mindfulness practices, stress management, and strategies for building resilience, catering to diverse client backgrounds.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into individualized therapy sessions to effectively address and support specific mental health issues clients may face.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
