This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will operate within an outpatient office model recognized for its support of diverse client needs. The core working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient demands. The nature of our work and engagement with clients necessitates accessibility and responsiveness within a designated range of hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments aimed at identifying the unique experiences of each patient and developing personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW within the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
