Work Environment\n

This full-time remote position provides you with the flexibility to work from home while being an integral part of our outpatient office team. You will maintain a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work/life integration. You will be equipped with secure electronic health record (EHR) systems that streamline your workflow and ensure thorough patient documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Real Help, Ltd, you will work with a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your therapeutic interventions will address not only individual concerns but also familial dynamics, fostering healthy relationships and promoting overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure in New Jersey as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating a proven ability to lead effective therapy sessions.

• Strong communication skills, underscored by both verbal and written proficiency, alongside robust problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices.

• Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a remote or telehealth counseling setting.

• Specialized training or certifications in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, reflecting your expertise and contribution to the organization.
