This remote role offers flexibility and the comfort of working from home while still being part of a supportive consortium of mental health professionals. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate varying patient needs. Our outpatient facility is designed to provide a collaborative approach to mental health therapy, enabling therapists to engage with peers and share insights while maintaining the autonomy of their practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches that respect the client’s individual background.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and care.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach that keeps the patient's best interests at heart.

• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to share findings, seek peer support, and enhance service delivery.

• Engage in continuous education and training to remain updated on the latest in mental health research and culturally competent practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• Strong understanding of culturally competent care and a commitment to integrating this into therapy practices.

• Demonstrated ability to address a variety of mental health disorders with tailored, evidence-based treatment methods.

• Exemplary crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in building therapeutic relationships across diverse populations.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and essential computer applications.

• A strong commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining boundaries in a therapeutic environment.

• Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
