Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand individual client needs, developing tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with a dynamic treatment team, ensuring holistic care through regular consultations and case review meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals grappling with a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients from different backgrounds, allowing for a rich understanding of various mental health presentations and the cultural elements that may impact care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a profound ability to establish therapeutic relationships based on trust.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
