The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some possibility for flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that consider patients' unique cultural experiences and backgrounds, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Implement effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, incorporating patients' cultural values into the therapeutic process.

• Provide psychotherapy sessions both virtually and through calls, helping clients manage mental health issues, promote resilience, and enhance overall well-being.

• Collaborate efficiently with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care and treatment strategies.

• Assist in crisis intervention, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies while using established protocols.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, viable treatment options, and available community resources tailored to their needs.

• Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards by maintaining accurate patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state-issued license as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).

• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrative experience in delivering culturally responsive therapy to individuals and groups.

• Effective crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
