Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and collaboratively determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process their trauma and cultivate effective coping mechanisms.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, enhancing overall patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
