Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to capture the diverse experiences of patients, including their emotional, psychological, and social needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in distress, ensuring immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain documentation compliance by thoroughly documenting all assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, crisis intervention, and culturally responsive therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans with employer-matching contributions, generous paid time off (PTO), professional liability insurance, and support for continuing education.
