Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals from ethnic and cultural minority groups, those identifying as LGBTQ+, and immigrants facing unique mental health challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of the cultural dynamics that affect mental health and a commitment to providing inclusive care that recognizes and respects each individual's background.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrable expertise in mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and a genuine commitment to cultural competence.

• Successful experience providing both individual and group therapy, embracing culturally responsive and inclusive practices.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations with composure and effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits\n
