Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and determine the most effective treatment pathways.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to provide effective interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients as they process their trauma and develop essential coping skills.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Assist in crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping strategies, helping them navigate their emotional journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

You will work primarily with clients who have experienced a range of trauma-related challenges. This includes individuals suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills demonstrating a compassionate, non-judgmental disposition.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
