Key Responsibilities\n

The Mental Health Therapist will play a pivotal role in our patients' recovery journeys, with responsibilities including:

• Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans focused on fostering recovery and resilience.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing trauma and developing healthy coping strategies.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to care.
