Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, taking the time to understand each patient’s unique trauma history and collaborate on identifying personalized treatment approaches.

• Develop and execute customized treatment plans designed to encourage trauma recovery and foster resilience, with a focus on evidence-based interventions.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate effective healing processes.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions where patients can safely process their trauma experiences, learn coping strategies, and build a supportive community.

• Work collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, ensuring that patients receive integrated care tailored to their comprehensive needs.

Qualifications\n
